Jason Schreier Against Online Criticism, Claims Players are Not Objective
Jason Schreier, well-known gaming journalist who has covered many controversial issues in the past, commented on Twitter about the problem of gamer attitudes towards unpleasant information.
IN A NUTSHELL:
- Gaming journalist Jason Schreier commented on the attitude of some gamers towards information they don't like - in his opinion, it's one of the worst things about his job;
- The statement refers to the confusion surrounding the canceled sequel of Days Gone.
Referring to the recent rumors regarding the rejected idea for Days Gone 2, well-known gaming journalist Jason Schreier commented on Twitter about gamers' approach to news they don't like. According to him, many internet users do not accept certain things and try to justify wrong practices at all costs.
The statement was a sort of defense of Schreier's text in light of the fact that, as it initially seemed, some of the information contained in it was partially questioned by former Bend Studio employee Jeff Ross. Days Gone's producer has not confirmed the news that the sequel to the 2018 title has been scrapped. However, in response to the above tweet, Ross took to Schreier's defense.
