More for You:
As you can see, the requirements are very high, especially the recommended specs. Games that need as much as 32 GB of RAM to fully spread their wings are rare. PC Gamer contacted the developers and asked for a comment on this matter. Dean Hall replied that Icarus is an online game with gigantic maps, which is why it will make use of so much memory. He assured, however, that it was designed to work well even on systems with less RAM.
It is worth mentioning that the devs also shared a new trailer, showing the use of ray-tracing in the game. Its presence may partially explain the very high recommended system requirements.
Icarus is coming exclusively to PC. Initially, it was supposed to launch in August, this year, but the game was delayed. However, people with pre-orders could take part in beta tests, which ended on November 7.
