Ian's Eyes is a soon-to-be-released indie horror adventure game. While playing as a guide dog your job is to lead your young master safely through a school infested by zombies.

A short introduction first. Ian is a blind 8-year-old boy in his first day at new school. Ian’s Eyes (apart from being the game’s title) is the boy’s canine friend, named North. In this intriguing indie game by Sindie Games you play as Ian’s guide dog and have to lead him safely through the horrors that lurk behind every corner, which is not an easy job, especially since everyone else at school turned into zombies. Ian’s Eyes is going to be released on Steam this summer.

Playing as North, your main duty is to care for your owner’s safety. To achieve that goal, you have to avoid zombies, who rely on their hearing to detect you. This fact can be used, e.g. to lure enemies away from cerain places. Whether you use sound or silence to sneak past zombies is up to you. At times, North can go ahead and clear the way for Ian, but leaving him alone for too long may lead the boy to panic and getting himself killed. The game’s spooky atmosphere is emphasized by it’s – as PC Gamer rightly called it – Burton-esque aesthetics. Check out Ian’s Eyes’ official website.
