The title features a procedurally generated world, ensuring that each playthrough offers a fresh experience. Moreover, the town is fully simulated, enabling you to explore every corner of it. As you accept new cases, you may have to use a briefcase. In this guide we will tell you what to do with it.
How to use briefcase
Some cases in Shadows of Doubt include briefcases. Many players are confused by this item because when they open it, nothing happens. However, something does happen and we will tell you what.
- When you get a briefcase, you should take it into your hands and open it (left click). It will update your case.
- This adds new information about your target. You can check it on the Case board (press F).
- Information is randomized. Sometimes you will get something useful, sometimes not so much. Good luck.
- After using the briefcase, you can throw it away. At this moment, it is used only to give you some information. It may change in the future updates.
