How to Recruit New Units in SpellForce Conquest of Eo

In this guide we discuss all ways to recruit new units in SpellForce Conquest of Eo. We will make your army powerful.

SpellForce Conquest of Eo is a new turn-based strategy game. You play as mages who want to avenge the death of their master while gaining might. However, not everyone wants you to possess this power. Therefore, a formidable army is necessary. In this guide, we will tell you how to recruit new units for your troops.

How to Get New Units in SpellForce Conquest of Eo

  1. Buildings on the world map – there are various buildings on the world map that will allow you to recruit units, as long as they are in your sphere of influence. Near the initial location of your tower you will find a goblin camp. Later in the game you will also come across other locations of this type (for example Thieves den).
  2. Allies – there are towns in the game world. You can buy various things, complete tasks or acquire soldiers in them. To do this, however, you must make the settlements like you. Kill the surrounding monsters and complete quests. However, this has a disadvantage: the high purchase cost. Nevertheless, these soldiers immediately go into the army.
  3. Rooms in the tower – as you complete quests, accumulate more power and develop research you will also get access to various rooms that you can build in the tower. Some of these will allow you to recruit units independently of the buildings on the map. An example of this is Troop Quarters.
  4. Events – the game world has many different events to offer. Some are story-driven and will always happen to you, others are more random. Sometimes you will be faced with slightly more complicated choices than fighting or not. Often, the right conversation option or completed task will result in new units joining you.
