If you want to get Kessime's Legacy, you have to defeat Lord Zir. The boss is available on all Tormented difficulties. Of course, the higher it is, the more loot you should get. To fight this opponent, you need Exquisite Blood. The enemy can be found in Darkened Way in Fractured Peaks.
No wonder that Kessime's Legacy pants are so desired by players. This item boosts Blood Wave, a powerful damage dealing ability. However, during your search don’t forget that Lord Zir has some deadly abilities. Try to stay behind him. Moreover, if it is not clear enough, focus on dodging attacks. Don’t stand in the blood pools on the ground. Try to boost your Shadow resistance before the fight, too.
