All indications are that Milestone is preparing Hot Wheels Unleashed 2, a sequel to its biggest hit.

Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged has been officially announced. The game will debut on October 19 on PC, PS5, XSX/S, PS4, XOne and Switch. Milestone promises novelties and improvements over the first game in many fields - beginning with the inclusion of quads and motorcycles among the more than 130 models present in the game at launch (surely many more will be added later in DLCs).

Credible rumors have surfaced online suggesting that Hot Wheels Unleashed 2, a sequel to the popular racing game from 2021, in which we drove small cars, is being made.
