Multiplayer in Hogwarts Legacy Already Exists; Fans Prepare Working Prototype
Hogwarts Legacy has just been released, and already it has received some interesting mods. Among them was a special one. We are talking about a modification that adds multiplayer gameplay.
Hogwarts Legacy instantly became an object of keen interest from the players. Not surprisingly, the game quickly got some interesting modifications. One of them is a multiplayer mod created and presented on Friday by Together Team Such an option is sure to interest players who wanted to delve into the world of magic in the company of friends.
Unique possibilities
It must be said that Hogwarts Legacy met with a warm reception among modders from the beginning. HogWarp, as this is the name of the new mod from Together Team, was shown in a video material, which presents two characters running around Hogwarts. Yamashi, one of the creators, however, stated during an conversation with PC Gamer, that their modification will enable not two, but as many as eight players to play together.

He added that the mod will focus primarily on player cooperation and roleplaying. The premise of Together Team in the case of HogWarp is to lay the groundwork for creative players who will want to expand and develop multiplayer concepts (most likely modeled after the roleplay servers in GTA Online).
Teething problems
As both the game and the mod are very fresh, the authors of HogWarp warn players that their "baby" still lacks polish. During gameplay one can come across various imperfections. Yamashi says the studio needs several months to iron out issues in the modification.
Availability
For the time being, HogWarp is only available in a test version. You can gain access to it via a paid subscription on Yamashi's Patreon. Expect the full version of the mod to appear in a few months at the earliest.
