IO Interactive published a video on YouTube, in which it informs about its plans for the next weeks in the context of implementing new content to Hitman 3.
- We know what the developers at IO Interactive are planning to add to Hitman 3 over the course of February;
- The most noteworthy are the challenges, contracts and weapon sets.
IO Interactive promised that it would regularly shower Hitman 3 players with new content, and so far it's keeping its promise. Danish developers published a short video on YouTube, in which they present the roadmap for February. So what can we expect from them in the coming weeks?.
Firstly, two new Escalation missions await us. One of these, The Baskerville Barney, will involve eliminating the entire Carlisle family in such a way as to make each death look like an accident. The Sinbad Stringent, on the other hand, challenges us to shoot boxes that are scattered throughout the level. The missions will be coming to the game on February 4 and 18, respectively.
Secondly, Hitman 3 will additionally feature third-party developer contracts. The one created by MinnMax will take place in Dubai, and its main theme will be playing with bananas. The players will also be able to get into a spectacular shootout at the Dartmoor estate thanks to KindaFunny's work. The missions will be coming to the game on February 11 and 23.
Thirdly, in the second half of the month we will receive a deluxe set of costumes and weapons. We're talking about The Gauchito Antiquity set, which includes a guru suit, syringes, and emetic grenades, as well as The Proloff Parable set consisting of a soldier outfit called The White Shadow along with a sniper rifle and katana. These will be seen in Hitman 3 on February 23.
Fourthly, a special event called The Deceivers will run from February 26 to March 8 where we'll be tasked with eliminating two targets - Richard J. Magee and Anthony L. Troutt. Quite a lot of content for one month, we can only wait for more announcements.
