Here's Fortnite With Ray Tracing

A video published on YouTube shows what Fortnite looks like when running in RTX mode. How much does ray tracing change in a game with such peculiar visuals? See for yourself.

The popular multiplayer game received a significant visual improvement. The game in question is Fortnite, and the visual improvement in question is the addition of ray tracing support. A short video published by Nvidia shows how the game has changed with this technology. DLSS support has been introduced along with RTX, although this only applies to GeForce card owners.

The biggest differences are visible on all glass surfaces - windows, mirrors, glossy panels. Previously foggy, with RTX on, they gain realistic reflections. Water and all shadows also look much better. They are sharper, ambient occlusion also looks more natural. Ray tracing is available to owners of graphics cards that support this technology.
