An interesting indie project appeard on Steam Greenlight. 911 Operator lets you try what it is like to manage incoming emergency call and properly react to difficult situations.
Meet 911 Operator, a game about the challenging job of managing emergency lines. Your task is to answer the calls, ask the right questions, advise people, and dispatch firemen, police, ambulances, or other emergency vehicles. According to its Steam description, the game features over 50 voiceovered dialogues based on true events, real first aid instructions and procedures, option to play on any city in the world (yup, any), as well as 10 cities with dedicated events in campaign mode. 911 Operator is a game by Polish studio Jutsu Games – the guys, who previously created Modern Wizards, a mobile RPG based on mechanics similar to that of Pokemon GO and Ingress (see in Play Store). Their upcoming project debuted at this year’s Digital Dragons, a big game industry event in Poland, where it won the first award at Indie Showcase 2016. The final version of 911 Operator is slated for PC release in late 2016.
