Graphic Memory Too Small Issue in Enshrouded Explained
Players who tested the demo of Enshrouded are encountering a rather persistent error reading Graphic Memory Too Small. In this guide you can find out if it can be fixed.
Enshrouded is a fantasy survival game. During the adventure you will find yourself in the land of Embervale, ravaged by magesm where you will collect resources, upgrade your equipment, build a base and fight the enemies you encounter. Admittedly, the title has not yet had its premiere, but those interested in the game can already test it. This is because on the occasion of Steam Fest, a demo has been made available. Unfortunately, its technical condition is lacking, and players are struggling with a bug concerning too little VRAM. In this guide you will find out if it can be fixed.
Graphic Memory Too Small in Enshrouded
Enshrouded players are facing a big problem - when trying to launch the game, a message reading "Graphic Memory Too Small" appears. This error began to appear from an earlier version of the demo.
In one of the threads on the Steam forum a developer's comment appeared.
- On October 9, on the occasion of the release of a newer version of the demo at Steam Fest, Enshrouded was supposed to receive an update fixing various issues, including in part those related to the error message. However, players report that they continue to experience this problem.
- The developer also reminded that the minimum system requirements include graphics cards with a minimum of 6 GB VRAM. Most interestingly, however, even some players who meet this requirement are suffering from this problem.
As of this moment there is no solution to this bug. It is not known whether it will appear at all, given that we are dealing with a demo that may disappear with the end of Steam Fest. However, it is worth noting that the developers do not forget about the game optimization and will ultimately try to make sure that the requirements of Enshrouded when it leaves early access are lower and aim for 4GB VRAM.
