It turns out that Gothic 2 is currently enjoying the highest popularity ever recorded on Steam.

Such a turn of events wasn't influenced by discounts or new features related to the title, because Gothic 2 has recently been talked about only in the context of the release of a Nintendo Switch port, which will debut on November 29.
