Not everyone finds it appealing to have a fighting game where blood runs like rivers and skulls “decorate” the environment. Yes, what I mean is that not all players are fond of Mortal Kombat. However, there are a lot of alternatives and what better universe there can be for this kind of gameplay than Dragon Ball? It appears that the latest production utilizing DB-verse, Sparking! ZERO, is very successful. With dozens of playable characters, there is one elusive that many would like to use in combat – Gohan Black. Is it a secret character? Can he be played somehow? Let’s find out. If you have more questions, there is a great chance that you will find answers for them in our Dragon Ball Sparking Zero guide.

Gohan Black in Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO explained

With how many characters there are in Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO, everyone can find their favorite one. Whether it comes to how fun it is to play, or simply the most lovable from the original manga or other works, there are tens of combatants to choose from. It seems like many fans’ thoughts are directed towards Gohan Black, which can be fought against at some point. However, it is not possible to take him for a spin.

Yes, Gohan Black is not a playable character in this game… at least not yet. Currently, games are developed and maintained long after they have been released. There is a chance that this fighter might be added in a future DLC or included in some kind of free content patch. As a last resort, we can count on community and mods, at least on PC. Some fans will go great lengths to achieve what they want, while also sharing their happiness with others.

In the meantime, we should enjoy the game as it is and counting on the possibility of playing Black Gohan some time down the line. Let’s not waste time, though, and keep learning how to deflect beams, get to know all ability items, how to get super Dragon Ball, or gain some intel on how to beat Ape Vegeta. Have fun!
