Godzilla vs. Kong Merchandise Reveals Mechagodzilla. New Clip Available

One of the clothing companies partnering with Warner Bros. got a bih ahead of itself with the release of merchandise for Godzilla vs. Kong and revealed the appearance another, anticipated monster.

After the premiere of the first trailer for Godzilla vs. Kong, a discussion about the film's plot details erupted online. After single frames presented in the trailer, fans came to a conclusion that the actual "villain" in Adam Wingard's movie will be Mechagodzilla.

Internet users' inquiries have now been confirmed, most likely by pure chance, by Heredia Clothing. The company has revealed its new Godzilla vs. Kong merchandise on the web, featuring inscription "Mechagodzilla". It seems to dispel all doubts about the mech's presence in the film. The post has since been deleted, but nothing gets lost on the Internet; photos of the clothing quickly began circulating on Twitter.

In addition to this unplanned content leak, we also received official new promo material from the film in the form of a 30-second clip that serves as an introduction to the existing trailer. It's features some new scenes, including Kong being carried in a net by helicopters.

Godzilla vs. Kong will be released in cinemas and on HBO Max on March 31, 2021.
