No More Xbox 360 Games in Games with Gold
Starting in the fall, future offerings of Games with Gold will no longer include Xbox 360 games. Those that gamers have managed to pick up by then will remain permanently assigned to their accounts.

Microsoft has begun sending out emails to Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers outlining the future of Games with Gold. In them we read (thanks, Idle Sloth) that starting from October 1 this year, Xbox 360 games will no longer appear among the titles you can pick up each month as part of the service.:
"We have reached the limit of our ability to bring Xbox 360 games to the catalog; however, Games with Gold will continue to include exciting Xbox One titles and exclusive savings each month."
All Xbox 360 titles that were picked up as part of Games with Gold before October 1, will be retained in the respective player's Xbox account.. This rule works regardless of whether they decide to continue the subscription.
