Xbox Joins Forces With Free Guy Creators - Vote for Your Favorite NPC

The Xbox Game Pass NPC Awards event has begun, where you can vote for selected NPCs from games available through Microsoft's subscription. The main character of Free Guy is also taking part in the poll.

Today the Xbox Game Pass NPC Awards was launched, enabling the community to vote for their favorite NPCs from titles available on Microsoft's service. The event is organized in cooperation with the film studio 20th Century Studios. That's why Samuel Hayden (known from Doom and Doom Eternal), Parvati Holcomb (The Outer Worlds) and Chief Trader Mollie (Sea of Thieves) take part in the poll, along with Guy, the protagonist of the movie Free Guy, which premiered on August 13.

You can vote for your favourites here until August 3 (account creation required). The same day in the afternoon Microsoft will announce the winner in its social media. It is worth mentioning that the aforementioned actor acts as the host of the event. The video, in which he describes the characters, can be seen below.

Free Guy promises to be a surprise this summer - especially for gamers, as it tells the story of a banker who suddenly realises he's trapped in an open-world online game about to go offline. The first reviews are mostly positive and their authors emphasize a large dose of humor provided by the production, as well as a great acting by Reynolds and Jodie Comer, associated mainly with a great creation of Villanelle in the HBO Killing Eve series.
