Animals and Drag Racing in Forza Horizon 5's Diversified World
Playground Games is slowly revealing more details about Forza Horizon 5. We already know how the weather will work and what activities we will be able to take part in.

It's already been a month since the first announcement of Forza Horizon 5 and the developers decided to reveal more details about the game. In a special post and during the Let's !Go! stream the topic of the area, which we'll have a chance to explore, was discussed. The devs also revealed some of the activities at our disposal.
First of all, the creators focused on the vast world that was created for the game. Developers revealed that when designing the largest map in the history of the series they were forced to create a diverse environment. Thanks to this everyone should find something for themselves. Fans of dizzying speeds will beat records on wide highways, players who prefer off-road will go on mountain rides and even stand on the edge of an active volcano. We will also be given a vast city, whose streets will become the arena for dynamic races.
The weather, which is supposed to change depending on the region we visit, will also help make the game world more credible. Rain in one part of the map will not mean it rains in other places as well. Nothing will stand in the way to simply leave the zone that doesn't suit us in search for better conditions. This rule also applies to more extreme phenomena, such as sandstorms.
Virtual Mexico was also filled with animals. The creators revealed that when traversing the vast map we'll encounter flamingos, sheep, goats, donkeys and wild dogs. Eventually, we'll see even more creatures in the game, which will make the world even more credible.
Forza Horizon 5 will also enable us to feel even more like a professional driver. This will be possible thanks to greater freedom in customizing the appearance of our character. We'll have hundreds of options to change their face, clothes or hairstyle. This also applies to the cars we set off on our journey. The new installment will provide us with the most options of customizing the appearance and specs of vehicles in the history of the series. We will also be able to drive a fully functional convertible, whose roof can be opened while driving.
We should also remember that Forza Horizon is a huge sandbox game, filled to the brim with various activities. The creators have already revealed some of them. In addition to classic races we will be able to participate in drag racing. Once again, we will also search for rare cars hidden in sheds scattered around the map.
In the near future, the creators are going to reveal more details about the game. We can expect to see more activities and information about the virtual Mexico. But even as it is now Forza Horizon 5 promises to be an impressive installment of the series.
The game's release is scheduled for November 9, 2021 on PC, Xbox One and Series S/X.
