FNAF: Security Breach Closing in on Halo Infinite on Steam
The best-selling game of the past week on Steam was Halo Infinite, but the next spots on the podium belonged to newcomers - FNAF: Security Breach and Ready or Not. The next few days should bring a lot of changes to the bestseller list, because the day after tomorrow Valve launches its Winter Sale.
Last week brought a few changes to the bestseller list on Steam, but overall there were no surprises. The single-player mode for Halo Infinite remains the undisputed leader - the game by 343 Industries sells very well, despite a certain "oldschool" feel and availability in Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.
The lack of other major launches in December contributed to the fact that just behind the hit from Microsoft's stable we see Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach - another part of the popular horror game series and Early Access game Ready or Not (described by satisfied fans of tactical shooters as "SWAT 5"), about which we already wrote today. The full list of last week's hits on Steam can be found below.

Fourth place went to Valve Index VR Kit, which regularly occupies a spot in the middle of the list, followed by co-op shooter GTFO, which was only tenth last week. Further places belonged to Icarus, which is slowly losing its popularity and Battlefield 2042, which - despite criticism from the community - continues to generate a lot of interest. At the end of the list were the warmly received puzzle game Escape Simulator, Farming Simulator 22 - which shortly after its release ploughed into Steam - and Playground Games' hit from the beginning of November, namely Forza Horizon 5.
Fortunately, this week should be more interesting. On Wednesday the Winter Sale on Steam begins, which as usual should stir up the bestseller list. Let me remind you that a similar action began last Thursday in Epic Games Store. In addition to the daily free games, you can get a lot of titles at really attractive prices.
