Fate of Atlantis DLC Episode 1 Release Date
The first episode of The Fate of Atlantis, the second expansion to Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, is coming out this month. Ubisoft has revealed its exact release date.
We habe known that Assassin's Creed Odyssey will receive two major (and paid) expansions ever since September 2018. As Legacy of the First Blade has already been "completed". (its last episode appeared at the beginning of March), fans should prepare for the imminent start of the adventure with the second expansion, i.e. The Fate of Atlantis. The first episode of this DLC is to launch on April 23 - such a date appeared in the patch notes for the 1.2.0 update for AC Odyssey.
The French publisher can, therefore, be expected to share more details about its new tale in the near future and to publish a trailer to encourage the gamers. It is now known that in The Fate of Atlantis (which will launch, like the basic version, on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One) Aleksios and Kassandra will discover the secrets of the eponymous city and face the divine creatures living in it.
Let's remind that Assassin's Creed Odyssey made its debut on October 5, 2018. The title, which is the culmination of the process of the series' transition to the action RPG field (started in Assassin's Creed Origins) was warmly received by the players and reviewers alike. Since then, the game has not only receive a paid DLC, but also a number of updates. Through the latter, the devs both ironed out some bugs as well as introduced new features (like the New Game Plus mode) and provided the players with additional role-playing tasks, that form The Lost Tales of Greece cycle.
