Fans Found Way to Play Cyberpunk 2077 Earlier
After applying a simple trick, players on Xbox consoles can play Cyberpunk 2077 a dozen or so hours before its official release. Information on this topic is being shared by fans on the web.
The official European release of Cyberpunk 2077 will take place tomorrow. However, some people are already enjoying the game because they live in the future, and literally so. After using a simple trick, which fans now inform about on the web, the local owners of Xbox consoles can start their adventure in Night City a dozen or so hours before the release of the game.
To start the game now, we have to move to New Zealand, which, thanks to the time difference, can now officially launch CD Projekt RED's new title. This is not difficult, because Microsoft enables us to quickly change the region of our console. We will do this in the language and location options tab. After choosing Peter Jackson's homeland from the list, we reset the system. From now on we can launch the game without any problems. It is worth noting that the transfer of regions may affect the add-ons and games we purchased. However, we can reverse this step at any time. The method is to work without any problems with the digital pre-order and boxed version of Cyberpunk 2077.
Let's add that CD Projekt RED has already released the announced day 1 patch, updating the game to verison 1.02, on Xbox and PlayStation, which further fine-tunes the game after the 43GB pre-release update. So, using this method, we're playing the final version of the game. Weighing 28GB, the new patch is designed to eliminate serious game's performance problems, as well as remove critical bugs that negatively affect gameplay or prevent certain quests from being completed.
This week is undoubtedly passing under the sign of Cyberpunk. On Monday, we got to know the first critics' opinions about the game (you can read our review here), and yesterday we found out how Cyberpunk 2077 works on different PC configurations. The developers also shared the last game trailer, in which they hid an interesting message about the future of the title.
