F1 23 Officially Announced; One Element is Particularly Pleasing
The first trailer for F1 23, the next installment of the popular racing game series from Codemasters, has been released. We learned the official release date and some interesting details.
Recent reports by industry insider billbil-kun regarding the release of F1 23 turned out to be true. Electronic Arts has officially announced that in a little over a month - on June 16 - we will see the debut of the next installment of the game series about the queen of motorsports.
- F1 23 will not lack the "Road to Fame" mode, which will once again present skirmishes between the main character and his eternal rival Devon Butler. It is expected to be even more exciting and full of dramatic twists and turns.
- In addition, in keeping with tradition, the developers have taken care of up-to-date team lineups and car designs, and tracks in Las Vegas and Qatar have been added to the racing calendar.
- There have also been changes to the races themselves. The game, after many years of anticipation, will include red flags, which will certainly add realism to the struggles on the track. It was this element that was vividly commented on under the game's trailer.
- F1 fans will once again be able to create their own team and lead it to the top.

F1 23 is heading to PC, PS4, PS5, XOne and XSX/S.. The gamecan be pre-ordered on Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation Store and Xbox Store. The cover of the Champions Edition - available from June 13 - will feature Max Verstappen. The standard version, which will be released 3 days later, has been adorned with images of Charles Leclerc, Lewis Hamilton and Lando Norris.
