Dungeons and Dragons Dark Alliance Will Put us in the Shoes of Drizzt Do'Urden
Wizards of the Coast has partnered with the Canadian team at Tuque Games. The result will be an action RPG called Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance, in which we will be able to play as the famous Drizzt Do'Urden and his companions.
The Canadian studio Tuque Games, known for Livelock, announced its next work at The Game Awards. The result of the team's cooperation with Wizards of the Coast, Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance, is an action RPG in which we play as the famous dark elf Drizzt Do'Urden and the so-called Companions of the Hall. The game is expected to be release on PC and consoles in autumn 2020.
The video suggests that the action will be observed from FPP. The gameplay promises to be extremely dynamic, we will face vast hordes of opponents, which we will eliminate both in close combat and at a distance. The characters we will lead into battle will have different specializations, apart from Drizzt, the trailer features an agile archer and a brave dwarf equipped with a shield. The game will enable us to play in co-op with up to three other players via the Internet or on a common screen.
It is worth noting that the title is a clear reference to the classic Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance series, which triumphed on the sixth-generation consoles.
