Dune: Spice Wars With Big Multiplayer Update

Dune: Spice Wars has just received an extensive update announced at the PC Gaming Show 2022, introducing a multiplayer mode to the game.

A few days ago in one of our news we informed that Shiro Games will realease big update for Dune: Spice Wars in June. As it turned out today, the developer did not throw words to the wind and made available a large update to this game, based on the bestselling series of novels by Frank Herbert.

As we mentioned earlier, the update introduces, first of all, a multiplayer mode. The official note on Steam says that from now on players will be able to face each other in 2v2 duels or test their skills in a free-for-all for up to four players. Unoccupied spots, on the other hand, will be filled with AI-controlled factions, playing on the difficulty level of our choice.

The gameplay can also be customized by setting different map sizes, storm activity, sandworms and victory conditions, among others.

Apart from the added multiplayer mode, all development trees have also been changed. Events, regions and a whole bunch of other improvements, which you can see below.
