Doom Eternal sells like hot cakes on Steam. The game has already been bought by 700,000 users of Valve's platform, which is better than the results on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
IN A NUTSHELL:
- Doom Eternal sold 700,000 copies on Steam, which is better than another big hit of the year - Half-Life: Alyx;
- The game is doing better on PCs than on PS4 and Xbox One.
It looks like Doom Eternal - the newest shooter from the award-winning studio id Software - is selling like the proverbial hot cakes. According to PlayTracker's data, the production has reached 700,000 customers on Steam alone (an even higher score is reported by SteamSpy, according to which the FPS was bought more than one million players). What's interesting, PlayTracker also proves that on PCs the game is performing best of all platforms where you can play it (both on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One sold about 250-400 thousand copies). The game has also beaten another hit, Valve;s own Half-Life: Alyx.
