The fundraiser of one of the Disco Elysium scriptwriters ended successfully - at the last moment. Argo Tuulik managed to raise over 100 thousand British pounds on the GoFundMe platform.

The Estonian launched a campaign in mid-December 2024 after a former co-worker initiated legal proceedings regarding claims for shares in the new Tuulika studio. In a nutshell, this amount for "surviving the winter" was supposed to cover the costs primarily of a legal battle, which had already consumed all his funds. The developer is to allocate at least 80 thousand pounds for this purpose.

The rest of the money is supposed to allow the developer to live until he deals with these problems, and if he has anything left - to fight with his former employer, namely the ZA/UM company.

Tuulik was the last scriptwriter of Disco Elysium who left the studio. He recently participated in a conversation with The 41st Precinct channel, resulting in a long interview lasting over 15 hours. The second part of the interview was published on January 31.
