Crossplay (Cross Platform) in Vigor Explained
Fans of Vigor are wondering if the game includes crossplay, i.e. the possibility to play with people from other platforms than our own. Unfortunately, at this point this feature is not fully implemented. The game allows for Xbox and Switch players to fight against each other, but that’s all. The good news, however, is that the developers are working on adding cross platform.
Creators will first focus on implementing console-wide cross-play. They predict that it will arrive by the end of this year (via official Discord). As for cross platform between consoles and PC, you will unfortunately have to wait a little longer. At this point it is unknown when we can expect it.
Cross Progression in Vigor Explained
Cross progression is a feature that allows players to transfer progress in a game from one platform to another. Unfortunately, the developers of Vigor have communicated (via Discord) that such an option is out of the question and will not be implemented. The reason for this decision is that the introduction of the feature is not possible due to “technical limitations.” Unfortunately, we do not know any more details.
