The fan-made campaign called From the Ashes, designed for Command & Conquer: Red Alert Remastered is finally complete. The new version of the project offers all sixteen missions planned by the authors.
A new version of the fan project From the Ashes has been released. It is an ambitious modification that adds a new, extensive story campaign to Command & Conquer: Red Alert Remastered.
The first version of the mod was released last October. The latest update marks an important point in the history of the project's development, because with its release the campaign has become complete - the authors have developed all the planned missions and in the future we can expect minor bug fixes at most.

The campaign contains sixteen missions. The plot of From the Ashes is set in a version of this universe, in which the Soviets won in the original Red Alert. The scenario was developed to bridge the gap between RA1 and the first Command & Conquer (also known as Tiberian Dawn).
In From the Ashes Stalin realized his dream of conquering Europe. However, he did not enjoy his victory long, as he was assassinated soon after. The player takes on the role of the new prime minister of the Soviet Union, who was elevated to this position at the behest of a mysterious man known as Kane. Together you will try to bring about the birth of the Brotherhood of Nod - a new power, grown on the ruins of the crumbling Soviet empire.
Command & Conquer: Red Alert Remastered is a refreshed version of the 1996 classic RTS, released three years ago. The game is available as part of the C&C: Remastered Collection bundle, which also includes a remaster of the first part of the series. The collection has been received very warmly - on Steam it has 90% positive reviews.
