Time passes inexorably, and detailedinformation on the development of Cyberpunk 2077 is nowhere in sight. Many gamers are hoping that announcements related to new content, which will give them more to do in Night City, will be made at this year's Gamescom, which was teased on Twitter a few days ago by the studio itself. However, it turns out that at this event we are unlikely to learn anything about any CDPR game. Not all is lost, however.
CDPR won't show any game at Gamescom
The bad news was shared by Radoslaw Grabowski, who holds the position of global PR chief at CD Projekt RED. On his Twitter profile, he wrote that studio representatives will be present at this year's Gamescom, but will not be presenting any games..
So all indications are that if you were waiting for any announcements related to the future of Cyberpunk, you won't find it at this event.
Cyberpunk 2077 on birthday stream
Something tangible about Cyberpunk may appear tomorrow, however. CD Projekt REDinvites to another stream on the occasion of the company's twentieth anniversary. This time it will be entirely dedicated to Cyberpunk 2077 and it is very possible that this will be the time when information on the further development of the game will be announced. The stream will take place on August 24 at 7 am PST, and you will be able to watch it live on Twitch.
