Call of Duty: Warzone on PC Will Finally Lose Weight
After many months of waiting, the highly-anticipated update for Call of Duty: Warzone will appear today, enabling us to remove unnecessary game modes. This will significantly reduce the amount of required hard disk space.
- Call of Duty: Warzone on PC takes up over 250 GB of disk space.
- After the installation of the 1.28 update, PC gamers will be able to uninstall unnecessary game elements.
Call of Duty: Warzone on PC will finally take up less disk space. With today's update we will be able to partially uninstall selected game components.
After the information that successive updates of Call of Duty: Warzone have expanded the game to the point when it no longer fits on players' drives, Infinity Ward has probably started to feel a bit PC gamers will be able to choose which element of the game to uninstall (single-player campaign, multiplayer or Warzone) to save disk space.
Bearing in mind that on the day of the release Call of Duty: Warzone needed 175 GB of free space on the PC, and after the last update the number soared to 250 GB, it should not come as a surprise that the support team had to do something about it. It's a pity that it wasn't done sooner.
