Call of Duty Could Bet on Subscriptions; New Info on Series' Future

Call of Duty as a subscription?

Information about the possible changes was brought by one of Activision's job offers. It reveals that something called "Call of Duty 2.0" is being developed.

From the job description we learn that the company intends to look at many innovative solutions that can be implemented in future installments of the series.

Of course, it is difficult to say what exactly the above description means. However, the series may face revolutionary changes.

The company is clearly looking at solutions that have the potential to be a new standard in the industry. The question is how the fans of the series will react.
