Borderlands 3 Official Hardware Requirements
The official hardware requirements of Borderlands 3 have appeared in the web. Gearbox Software Studio also shared the graphic settings available on PC. All this so that players can plan their configuration in advance.
On the official website of Borderlands 3there are hardware requirements for the game. Creators swear that regardless of our platform, the action on the screen will look fantastic. Well, we take their word for it. Naturally, PC users will be given much more flexibility to adjust their settings to suit their hardware. Below you can see the minimum and recommended requirements.
Minimum hardware requirements (1080p):
- OS: Windows 7/8/10 (latest service pack)
- CPU: AMD FX-8350 / Intel Core i5-3570
- RAM: 6 GB
- GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7970 / Nvidia GeForce GTX 680 2GB
- HDD space: 75 GB of free space
Recommended hardware requirements (1440p):
- OS: Windows 7/8/10 (latest service pack)
- CPU: AMD 5 2600 / Intel Core i7-4770
- RAM: 16 GB
- GPU: AMD Radeon RX 590 / Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
- HDD space: 75 GB of free space
What's interesting, Gearbox studio goes a little further and apart from the hardware requirements also shares a list of settings that will be available in the PC version. According to the creators, such an approach makes it possible to plan an appropriate configuration in advance. Options included vertical synchronization, FPS cap, brightness and HDR, draw distance and basics such as graphics quality or anti-aliasing. There are just over two weeks left before the launch of Borderlands 3. The title will be released on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on September 13. The creators boast that the third part of the cycle will be a real gem. They promise over a billion guns, 60 frames per second on PS4 Pro and support for cross-platform gameplay (although not on release day).
