Black Ops 6 Won't Disappoint Multiplayer Fans. All Maps and Gameplay Modes of New CoD Revealed

The developers of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 have revealed more information about the multiplayer, and will soon tell players about the zombie mode, among other things.

Creators of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 discussed the multiplayer content available for the game's launch. In another entry on the series' official website, developers from Raven Software and Treyarch confirmed what fans can expect from the new CoD's multiplayer.

As announced earlier, the premiere version of the game will enable us to play on 12 standard maps and 4 Strike type - smaller and prepared for skirmishes in the Face Off variant. This will be followed by so-called hardcore modes, where the players have less health and a rudimentary HUD interface, and must be careful not to shoot their allies (i.e. the so-called friendly fire).

The developers also mentioned two known but modified options for those wishing to improve their skills: the Training Course and the Firing Range. This first one will enable you to practice on the Protocol map, which is supposed to facilitate mastering the new movement system, called Omnimovement (we mentioned this arguably most important novelty in the series in our preview). However, the second one will be used to test the weaponry.

Additionally, there is a cinematic mode (which is essentially a replay system, not available on PS4 and XOne), private sessions, and a description of factions and operators. The Call of Duty's official YouTube channel also has a lot of new content, including a commercial featuring… a crossover with the Diablo series.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will debut on October 25 on PC, PS4, XOne, PS5 and XSX/S. The next post from the creators will focus on the Zombie mode and equipment.
