Battlefield 2042 Will Get a Short Film; See Teaser

On August 12, the Exodus short movie, which will show the beginnings of the conflict presented in Battlefield 2042, will have its premiere. A short teaser was shown on the occasion of the announcement. Additionally, locations from the title will be presented each day until the material's release.

Battlefield 2042's ad campaign is in full swing. A teaser for a short movie titled Exodus, which is supposed to show the beginnings of the conflict that forms the background of the upcoming game, has appeared on YouTube. The launch of the entire material, which is to last just over 9 minutes (via PlayStation Game Size) is scheduled for August 12 at 8:00 AM PT.

The trailer does not reveal too many details. It lasts only 15 seconds and we can see small fragments of military operations. In addition, we also hear a voice that informs us that the world is trying to forget about the existence of a certain group.

At the same time, a campaign was also launched to introduce us to the world of Battlefield 2042. From tomorrow until August 12 we will explore the locations of the upcoming game "through the eyes of embadded journalist Kayvan Bechir".

Battlefield 2042 will go on sale on October 22, this year. The title is going to PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|Sz and will not offer a single-player campaign, focusing entirely on online gameplay.
