During today's Battlefield 2042 presentation EA DICE revealed that one of the specialists to appear in the game will be a well-known character from the fourth installment. Also today, several gameplay videos from the upcoming shooter were leaked online.

There are 71 days left to the release of Battlefield 2042. The game's developers at EA DICE title constantly fuel the interest of the community - today, as announced, a 9-minute film titled Exodus, which is a kind of introduction to the game, has appeared on the web. You can watch it below. What's interesting, the short film revealed the identity of one of the specialists to appear in the shooter, belonging to the group Bezpat. He's a Battlefield 4 character by the name Kimble "Irish" Graves. The character, in the original played by Michael K. Williams, is the fifth known character to appear in BF2042. Information about the next five is expected to be announced in the next few weeks.

The official presentations may whet gamers' appetites for the new Battlefield, but if there's one thing that's going to sway their decision about purchase, it's gameplay. As it happens, a few gameplay videos have leaked online today. Two examples can be found below.

Battlefield 2042 will be released on October 22 on PC, PS4, PS5, XONE and XSX/S (here you can find the system requirements for PC version provided for upcoming testing).
