Aviary Attorney arrives to Steam – is this how Ace Attorney with animals would look like?
If you liked Ace Attorney, you might be interested in Aviary Attorney – a law-themed adventure game with birdlike character. The game is characterized by its light-hearted humour and sketch-like graphics.
If you are a fan of classic adventure games, especially Ace Attorney series, you might be interested in this new title that hit Steam just yesterday. Aviary Attorney is set in an alternative version of mid-19th century Paris, dwelled by animal-like characters, as the city stands at a brink of a revolution. The main protagonists are the bird attorney Jayjay Falcon and his assistant Sparrowson, who have to defend a new client in court (she is, by the way, a cat named Caterline Demiaou), as she faces murder charges.
Similarly to Phoenix Wright games, you have to collect evidence, interview witnesses and hold your ground in court across four chapters. Interestingly, the game does not stop you from making mistakes and the story goes on even if you fail at doing your job – there are three different endings. Aviary Attorney’s unquestionable assets are it’s light-hearted sense of humor and brilliant sketch-like graphics.
Aviary Attorney is currently 15% off the price on Steam – you can get it there for $12.74 (the offer ends on January 4th).
