Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is Ubisoft's Big Trailer Reveal

Ubisoft has released a new trailer for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, showing scenes on the game engine. The whole thing looks impressive.

The publisher ended Ubisoft Forward with a bang, showing a new trailer for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, set in the universe of James Cameron's films and developed by Massive Entertainment, a team known from the Tom Clancy's The Division series.

It was quite an event, as the project was announced over four years ago, but it had been off the radar for a long time. Unfortunately, the new trailer didn't show any gameplay, but the sequences visible on it were generated by the Snowdrop engine, Massive Entertainment's own technology. The visuals looked impressive.

Ubisoft also confirmed that the game will be released next year. The plans include versions for PC, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5, as well as for Google Stadia and Amazon Luna streaming services.
