Atomic Heart Will be Shown at E3; Dev Says the Game is Ready
A developer from the team working on Atomic Heart stated on the title's official Discord serve that „the game is ready” and the studio is focusing on console ports. He also revealed that the game's trailer will be unveiled at the E3.
The release of Atomic Heart may come sooner than we expect. Zace, one of the game's devs, said on the game's official Discord channel (via The Gamer) that 'the game is ready', and a new trailer will be presented at the E3, on June 13. He also published a screenshot, which you can see above.
There have been worrying reports in 2019, suggesting problems during Atomic Heart's development. Despite this, we regularly received new trailers that showed that, contrary to earlier information, the game is developing quite well. Now, according to the developer, the project 'is ready' and Mundfish has achieved everything it set out to do. The coming months will be devoted to polishing the console's ports and improving the details. An advertising campaign for the game will also be launched soon.
The action of Atomic Heart is set in a retro-futuristic version of the Soviet Union. During the game we play as agent codenamed P-3 who has been delegated to investigate the reasons for the loss of communication with the secret outpost number 3826.
The release date of Atomic Heart still remains unknown. The title is coming to PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
