5000 Songs Full of Guitar Riffs and Solos in Rocksmith+

Get your guitars out of the closet and wipe them from the dust, because on September 6 the educational game Rocksmith+, the next installment of the popular series of (almost) the same name, will launch on PC. Rocksmith+ combines fun with learning how to play the guitar, which, especially at first, can be discouraging. What do we know about the game?

More than 5,000 songs to start

Rocksmith+ will be available for download exclusively from Ubisoft Store. The game will offer a subscription service and will already have a database of more than 5,000 songs by well-known artists such as Carlos Santana, Muddy Waters and The Clash. Those who have previously played Rocksmith or participated in the closed beta of Rocksmith+, will be able to take advantage of a free month if they sign up for a three-month subscription plan, or three free months if they sign up for a year.

The title will have three subscription plans - monthly ($14.99), quarterly ($39.99) and annual ($99.99).

Rocksmith+ will debut on September 6 on PC, in the fall on mobile devices, and later on, which is probably next year, on PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox X/S.

Rocksmith+ requirements

To start playing, you will need an electric, acoustic or bass guitar. You'll need to connec it to your PC via the Rocksmith Real Tone cable, or use the free Rocksmith Connect mobile app, which has phone-as-mic technology that uses your smartphone's microphone.
