If you want to take care of real estate, start with... Yoot Tower. This sequel to the famous Sim Tower game will put a number of tasks and problems to solve for you as future builders and managers of skyscrapers.

A few years ago, thanks to Sim Tower we were able to become a builder and manager of a big skyscraper. It was up to us to expand it and, above all, the level of income that it brought us. In 1999 the game's sequel - Yoot Tower - appeared. As you can easily guess, this time our task will be to create a building of which "our grandchildren will be proud...". This time the programmers envisaged three areas for our building:

Tokyo Centre - where the main goal will be to build an office and residential skyscraper as soon as possible.

Waikikiki beaches - a place where tourists have the most to say, of course

Kegon Falls - where, due to the environment, our building will be developed.... Underground.

Compared to the original, the authors have developed the possibility of a greater "planning" of the lives of our subtenants. There is also a possibility of random events such as fires, breakdowns or.... terrorist attack.
