Yo-kai Watch Wibble Wobble Description
Yo-kai Watch Wibble Wobble, released on AND and iOS, is game combining arcade and logic elements. This is a spin-off to the Yo-kai Watch series released on consoles. Yo-kai Watch Wibble Wobble is available in a free-to-play model with microtransactions and was developed by Level 5 studio. In Japan, the title was released as Yo-Kai Watch: Puni Puni.
Mechanics
Yo-kai Watch Wobble Wobble doesn't recreate the original mechanics of this series. Instead of an RPG focusing on exploration, collecting monsters and using them in battles, we get a "match-3" logic-arcade game. Our task is to manipulate the set of the titular creatures in such a way as to place at least three of the same type next to each other. This allows you to perform attacks during battles. All this takes place in a large container, where our creatures move freely. This means that we don't have time to plan movements - we need good reflexes.
Game modes
Yo-kai Watch Wibble Wobble offers a campaign in which the world is divided into zones and reaching the next one requires defeating Yo-kai defending the exit. If we succeed, we receive currency and new creatures. Players also have to option to develop the talents of their Yo-kai.
