Arcade 27 May 2015

Old-school, two-dimensional arcade game with RPG elements, referring to the popular 8-bit roguelike games. We travel through randomly generated castle chambers, eliminating enemies and various traps lurking in wait for us. In case of death, we continue the game from scratch, choosing one of our three descendants.

RPG canceled

The seventh installment in the cRPG franchise created by Peter Molyneux and his Lionhead Studios. In contrast with the previous, full-fledged chapters of the series, Fable Legends puts less emphasis on the story, instead focusing mainly on multiplayer experience. The game is set in Albion, the realm known from the previous games, which got invaded by mysterious evil forces. Players can side with either good or evil.

This is the first iteration dedicated to Xbox One, developed by 343 Industries - the studio responsible for the previous installment as well as a low-budget production Halo: Spartan Assault. In terms of the plot, this new title is a sequel to the previous game, and follows the events of Halo 4.

The action takes us to a bleak universe, suffering as a result of the fall of a mysterious meteorite and the action of a strange, cosmic substance called metamorphite.

A two-dimensional science-fiction platform game modeled after the genre classics. The game was developed by PlayWay studio, known mostly for many farming simulators. In the game the player assumes the role of a young scientist who cannot accept the death of his beloved. During one of his missions the protagonist finds ancient inscriptions from which he learns that there exists a way to obtain eternal life.

A remastered edition of Metro: Last Light, a first-person shooter with survival horror elements, developed primarily with 8th-generation consoles in mind. The action takes place in the grim universe created by Dmitry Glukhovsky, adapted by 4A Games for the purposes of the game. The sequel to Metro 2033 continues the themes of the original game, while the protagonist abandons the subway tunnels to travel to the surface to stop a conflict between the surviving remains of humanity.

A tactical RPG with turn-based combat set in the popular universe of Warhammer. The game is a debut project of the Canadian studio Rogue Factor, founded by veterans of the video game industry. This title is based on a classic tabletop battle game Mordheim, which, in contrast to most of the games set in this universe, did not feature grand battles but small clashes of individual units. The game is set 500 years before the Warhammer’s main story, in the titular Mordheim City.

A sequel to a fantasy sports game, in which various races from the popular Warhammer universe compete in an extremely brutal version of American football. The game was developed by the creators of the first part, Cyanide Studio. The story mode features a new, extensive campaign, in which you take the role of a manager of one of the oldest and most successful teams of the Old World – Reikland Reavers.

A survival horror game with a top down view. Darkwood is the first commercial project of a Polish studio, Acid Wizard, and its development has been backed up by users voting on the Steam Greenlight platform. The game takes place in a procedurally generated open world, with the player placed in the role of a character trying to survive the confrontations with supernatural beings without losing his sanity in the eponymous dark wood.

This is the debut from the independent developer Squad. The game is an unusual simulator requiring the player to develop their own space program from scratch. Kerbal Space Program combines features of many genres, but the most important part here is an extensive ship editor, which allows the player to design and build their own, unique spacecraft. The ship is then supposed to fly and land safely on a moon of the Kerbin planet.

Gone Home is a debut project of an indie developer The Fullbright Company, whose members previously worked on a successful DLC for BioShock 2, Minerva’s Den. Gone Home is set in the United States of 1990s. You play as a young woman named Katy, who returns home after spending a year away in Europe. When she gets home, instead of her family she is welcomed by an empty house.

An expanded version of a popular indie game that has been released in 2011 by Team Meat studio. Nicalis studio, a bit more experienced team, has been involved in refreshing of the title, in cooperation with original developers. When it comes to mechanics, the gameplay hasn’t changed much, offering randomly-generated levels, traversed by the titular Isaac, who solves simple puzzles and eliminates monsters or much more powerful bosses.

Casual adventure by Artifex Mundi studio from Zabrze. The player directs the actions of a young woman who sets off to the ruined, underwater city of Eden in search of her beloved. Meeting a few survivors, the protagonist discovers the terrifying truth about a place that was supposed to be a sanctuary of harmony and beauty. The game combines puzzles such as "hidden objects" and puzzles in the form of mini games.

This title brings a continuation to the 2008's 3D fighting game based on popular manga and anime series Naruto, developed by Cyberconnect 2 and released exclusively for PlayStation Portable.
