Simulation of tennis, in which realism plays a primary role, while the game is presented in two modes to choose from - first person's perspective (FPP) or from behind the player's back (TPP). The Brazilian programmers from the Espaço Informática studio are responsible for the implementation of this position.

Apart from the standard "Arcade" game modes and the training module, the producers served two more ambitious ones. The first one is the "Tournament Match" and, as the name suggests, it allows for a single tennis tournament. On the other hand, in the "Career" mode we take care of a selected player, develop his skills, participate in many matches and competitions, collect equipment, money and, of course, we strive to gain fame and recognition.

The user can compare his results with the achievements of his opponents, so that he can keep track of his own progress in the game. The authors of the World Championship Tennis emphasize the ubiquitous realism - from the authentic meteorological conditions, through the harsh physical model, to the reality of tennis courts, ball models, all the equipment and the tennis players' outfits themselves.
