Witch on the Holy Night is a visual novel adventure game set in the same universe as Tsukihime and Fate/Stay Night. The game is set in 1980s Japan, starring a young witch learning magic from her powerful mentor. The story is fully linear, with no choices to be made.

Witch on the Holy Night is a visual novel adventure game. It was developed by the legendary Japanese studio Type-Moon, known for Tsukihime and Fate/Stay Night. The game debuted in Japan in 2012. It received an English translation, also serving as a remaster, over a decade later.

Plot

The game is set in the same world as Tsukihime and Fate/Stay Night. Said world is often called the Nasuverse, after the name of its creator, Kinoko Nasu.

Witch on the Holy Night is set in the 1980s Japan, at the end of the Showa era. Its protagonist is Aoko Aozaki, who has moved to Misaki city to learn magic from a powerful witch residing in a mysterious mansion. The building and the surrounding areas are owned by the Aozaki family and have recently become the target of attacks by unknown intruders. Alongside a teenage boy, Sojuro Shizuki, the girl and the witch try to discover who's behind the attacks.
