Winter Sports Extreme is a sport game addressed to young enthusiasts of winter sports produced by Media Seasons studio. Players can compete in four winter disciplines, including as many as three types of downhill runs. The title is characterized by intuitively simple control system and economical graphic design.

Winter Sports Extreme is a low-budget sports game, which is targeted at younger computer users. Virtual struggles are concentrated around four winter disciplines: ski jumping and three types of downhill runs (on skis, snowboard and skis).

This title is characterized by very simple and intuitive control (a few keys), which is not a problem even for beginners. There are two general game modes to choose from: fast play or tournament (five routes with different difficulty levels). If we decide to jump, it is important to give a rating for style (landing, silhouette in flight) and a note for distance. Before making a jump it is also worth paying attention to the wind speed. When taking part in downhill runs, it is important to pass between the gates or poles that are set on the routes from time to time, and to avoid them means that penalty points are awarded. During the downhill runs, people sitting in front of computers have a continuous view of the virtual player's speed bar, a clock measuring the time of a given ride, or a number indicating the number of goals that still have to be passed.
