A farming strategy game with advanced RPG features. The game was inspired by the famous Harvest Moon franchise and it was developed by independent studio Quickfire Games. The player assumes the role of a young farmer who is tasked with returning a dilapidated farm to its former glory. In order to do it the protagonist plants seeds, gathers crops, breeds animals, sells whatever he created and manages his budget.

Wild Season is a game combining agricultural strategy with advanced RPG elements. The production was developed by Quickfire Games studio.

The project was inspired by the popular Harvest Moon series, but the authors' aim was to develop a much more mature and serious production than this classic cycle. Players play the role of a young man (or woman), who inherited a decayed farm located in a small village. Our task is to restore the farm to its former glory and achieve financial success. This requires planting plants and harvesting, breeding animals, selling their own products and proper budget management.

The game is not limited only to agricultural activity - the authors simulated the rural life of the main character. Interaction with other inhabitants plays a key role, as can their friendship or become their deadly enemies. Players even have the opportunity to romance with numerous NPCs, including those of the same gender as the heroine or heroine we lead. Not every such relationship will end happily and it may happen that a despised person will be terribly vengeful of us. Residents are also much more realistic psychologically than in similar games and have their own problems, addictions, trauma and prejudices.

The campaign is largely non-linear and the decisions made by the players have a significant impact on the course of the whole story. The village hides a dark secret, and after discovering it, it is up to us what we do with this knowledge. We can also take part in many different additional activities, participate in local holidays and festivals, earn extra money by working for local entrepreneurs, fish, breed dogs and horses for races, produce cakes, spend nights in a pub, and even try to win the election to the town council.
