Wild Card Football

Wild Card Football is an arcade sports game themed after American football. It was developed by Saber Interactive, with help from NFLPA (NFL Players Association) and OneTeam.

Mechanics

Wild Card Football revolves around leading a football team to victory in various matches. We can craft our squad by hand, with the playable roster of athletes including the all-time football greats, such as Colin Kaepernick, Jalen Hurts, Justin Jefferson and Aaron Donald. We can also set our team's colors, logo and home stadium.

The game plays fast and loose with American football rules. The titular wild cards let us instantly tip the scales of many matches, as they grant our players with buffs, such as invisibility or energy shields. As we progress through the game, we unlock new sportsmen and new cards.
