We Dance is a dance game created by French studio Le Cortex with such productions as We Sing: 80s or We Sing: Robbie Williams. This time the authors offer us the opportunity to improve our dance to the rhythm of dozens of well-known, classic hits.
The game boasts a large number of different gameplay modes. Adepts of the art of dancing will certainly pay attention to the possibility of using a special school, in which individual movements were presented by professional dancers, and just before the actual game, the player can participate in warm-up sessions, allowing you to practice the various combinations. Production offers three modes of "party", focusing on spontaneous dance with the use of jumping, technical side of moving to the rhythm of music and dancing while standing still.
There are three different ways to play the game: by using the Wii Remote controller, using the dance mat included in the set or, after mastering them, a combination of both. Four players can participate in the game at the same time, and an extensive statistics panel allows you to check the progress in skills.
The game contains 40 very well known and classical pieces representing various musical genres, such as rock, pop, disco and rap. Among them we will find such works as:
- Gypsum Kings - Bamboleo
- Survivor - 'Eye of the Tiger'.
- Outcast - 'Hey Ya'.
- Village People - 'YMCA'.
- MC Hammer - "U Can't Touch This".
- Snap! - Rhythm is a Dancer".
- Los Del Rio - Macarena
- Sergio Mendes feat. Black Eyed Peas - 'Mas Que Nada'.
- Benny Benassi - Satisfaction
