In We Are Football 2024 we play the role of a manager of a football team. The game allows us to lead to victory both one of the existing women's or men's teams, as well as to create our own completely from scratch.

During the game, all issues related to managing a football team rest on our shoulders. We need to take care of the club's finances and relationships with sponsors, make player transfers, hire qualified staff members, set training schedules for players, and also decide in which matches our team will participate.

We are also concerned with issues related to the atmosphere in the team. This is influenced by the relationships between individual players and their hierarchy. In addition, we can dedicate ourselves to working with young talents, organizing open days and various trainings for them. Furthermore, when our budget allows, we can undertake the modernization and expansion of our own stadium, as well as the organization of tournaments.

The game allows us to watch matches played by our team and react to events on the pitch on an ongoing basis, giving our players various instructions. The ability to watch replays and conduct analyses allows us to identify the strengths and weaknesses of individual players and better prepare for the next matches.
