Warsoup

Warsoup is the debut work of the independent team at Moon Game Studios. The title is a combination of an action game with a strongly developed strategic aspect.

Controls resemble a typical FPS, but at the same time it is not a game that can be won thanks to good reflexes alone. Instead, in order to win, it is necessary to manage the economic aspects properly, especially our funds. The interface looks interesting, the screen displays both a minimap showing the battlefield and a window with a preview of what our allies are doing. In Warsoup each match starts with a base, which automatically extracts valuable minerals. Our task is to erect additional buildings to increase the rate of accumulation of resources. With the obtained funds we buy new skills and weapons, as well as put additional structures and improve those already on the map. It is also possible to modify the weaponry and thus to increase e.g. its power or firing speed. The game features several different character classes - each with its own development path providing access to new abilities. Interestingly, Warsoup offers the option of playing on split screen also in the PC version.
